Richard T. Rapone

Richard T. Rapone is a partner of the firm. His practice areas include real estate, estate planning and administration, professional and occupational licensing, personal injury, non-profit entities, limited liability companies and collections, including assessment collections on behalf of condominium associations and cooperative corporations, and legal services rendered on behalf of these community associations. He has been with the firm since 1978, when he was admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

After graduating with honors from Dickinson College (B.A., 1974), Mr. Rapone earned his law degree from the University of Miami (J.D., 1978). He has been a member of the Advisory Council of the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic, the National Association of Chiropractic Attorneys, and authored "The 90's Chiropractic Environment in New Jersey", published in The New Jersey Journal in May/June 1994. In addition, he has served as general counsel to the New Jersey Chiropractic Society and the Northern New Jersey Chiropractic Society.

Mr. Rapone is a fitness enthusiast and has completed numerous marathons and other road races. He also has served as an Eucharistic minister and reader at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church in Wayne, New Jersey.
